As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll shape our crypto architecture and lead technical strategy, implementation, and innovation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive reliability, scalability, and security across systems and help us deliver industry-leading products to our customers. This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do ● Lead technical architecture and system design for Robinhood’s crypto trading platform ● Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products ● Drive technical innovation and best practices across the team ● Mentor and guide junior engineers ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
