This is a pivotal time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space. As Senior SEO Manager, you will own the global organic growth strategy at the intersection of traffic acquisition and user experience, joining our Growth team to drive the holistic health and performance of our global digital presence. You will be the organisation’s authority on tech SEO, ensuring our site architecture, crawlablity, indexation, and performance are built to support long-term organic growth.
We are looking for a multidisciplinary expert who can not only masterfully rank our brand for strategic terms but also knows how organic search can drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead a team of SEO specialists, content creators, and external vendors to bridge the gap between “getting found” and “converting.”

The base salary range for this full-time position is $44,000 to $123,750. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
