Description & Requirements

Senior TPM Consultant (Trade Promotion Management)
Drive end-to-end TPM implementations for consumer goods clients as a Functional Consultant. Lead requirements and testing, translate business processes into configuration, and partner with technical teams for successful go-lives and adoption. Client-facing role across UK/EU with periodic travel; we value ownership, pragmatism, and a collaborative, customer‑centric approach.

A Day in the Life (Typically Includes)

• Own delivery from initiation through go-live and hypercare in TPM projects.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with commercial, finance and IT stakeholders.
• Design/document end-to-end process maps aligned to TPM best practices.
• Translate business needs into configuration, integration and data specifications.
• Plan/manage testing: test plans, test cases, UAT, defect triage.
• Collaborate on integrations, data models, analytics and backend structures.
• Support data migration, validation, cutover and post go-live support.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive change management and capability building for confident adoption.
• Act as trusted advisor; identify follow-on opportunities with Commercial.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, software implementation, or relevant consumer goods commercial/IT roles.
• Enterprise/SaaS implementation experience.
• Requirements-gathering facilitation and functional documentation.
• Process design skills (mapping; translating processes into system design).
• Testing experience (test plans, UAT, defect management).
• Ability to engage in technical topics (integrations, data flows, analytics, backend structures).
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior client stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; independent, proactive problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct TPM implementation experience.
• TPM delivery for consumer goods/FMCG clients.
• Client-side TPM exposure (sales, revenue management, finance, IT).
• Understanding of trade pricing structures and promotional processes.
